Current Work Experience
Ms. DeArment is an Analyst at The Craddock Group and is based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. She currently supports the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), assisting with program and portfolio management for the Enhanced-Use Lease (EUL) program. In this role, she is responsible for data collection, project management support and strategic analysis. She also supports strategic client communications by preparing presentations, meeting agendas and minutes, and after-action reports.
Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining The Craddock Group, Ms. DeArment worked as an intern at Three Strands Recovery Wear, where she conducted market research, compiled, and analyzed data, and developed survey and website infrastructure to compile patient feedback. Additionally, she participated in a university research fellowship program where she developed a report on media-driven political polarization and the virtue-ethics approach of cognitive flexibility.
