Current Work Experience
Mr. Moseley is a Managing Director based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He oversees multiple teams advising the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) on its capital planning and budget initiatives. He has extensive expertise in health care planning, data analysis, and real property alignment strategies, helping shepherd initiatives from concept development to implementation. Mr. Moseley regularly works with VA field and Central Office staff to project medical space needs, identify and evaluate alternatives, and develop portfolio management strategies. Since 2010, he has supported VA’s Strategic Capital Investment Planning (SCIP) initiative and has been involved in VA’s ongoing market assessment efforts since 2016. In addition, he led efforts to develop VA’s Activation Cost Budget Model, Lease Budget Model, and Enterprise Lease Management Tool.
Prior Work Experience
Prior to The Craddock Group, Mr. Moseley served as a Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where he provided similar capital planning and budget support services to VA, as well as the Department of Transportation and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. Previously, Mr. Moseley supported Sprint’s wireline business in a variety of roles, including managing change management efforts, partner management, and international sales operations.
