Current Work Experience
Mr. Eachus is a Senior Managing Director at The Craddock Group and has been providing expert real estate and consulting services to government and private clients for over 25 years. He is based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and advises federal, state, and local governments, as well as private clients, on real estate, capital planning, privatization, and financial management. His clients include the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and the Department of Defense (DoD).
Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining The Craddock Group, Mr. Eachus was a Managing Director at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) for over 21 years, where he led the Eastern Region for JLL’s Public Institutions practice. In this capacity, he advised federal clients on their real estate challenges, frequently creating new ways of doing business to support their missions.
Mr. Eachus worked with VA, DoD, the General Services Administration (GSA), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and other federal agencies to capitalize on the value of their assets and portfolios. Mr. Eachus has advised on some of the largest, most complex, and important public/private developments nationwide. These mixed-use projects have been vital to developing city and regional identities, providing new amenity bases, and delivering other public and tax benefits.
Education
Mr. Eachus is a graduate of the University of Arizona (BS) and Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management (MBA).
